There needs to be a planIf you want the results you’re after, you need a plan. I cant imagine that anything that requires sustained effort or huge rewards or a complete change, not needing a firm plan of action.
The thing to remember about a plan is that it’s a decision about something. It’s not leaving things to chance or happenstance. You know where you want to be and you have an idea as to how you will get there. Without a plan, it’s hard to decide where exactly you want to be. Or you may know where you want to be but not necessarily how to get there or feel the urgency of your goal. You can be easily persuaded by the things that come at you, the things that are more persuasive or the things that have a sense of urgency.
A plan calls for a decision on your end as to what you want to do. It’s purposeful.
