Do You Know How To Get Them to Talk?

Would you like your customers to talk to you ? I mean, really talk to you. Tell you what they want and what they don’t want. Tell you how they want your service delivered to them? What if your plans don’t coincide with what your clients want from you?


If you want them to talk to you, in a real down to earth, honest way, what are you doing to make that a possibility? Who have you got on your frontlines to accept the messages and queries ? Do you reward the right sorts of behaviour and what is the right sort of behaviour here?


Would you like your employees to talk to you? Do you want to hear what they have to say about that project? Are you really willing to listen? What if your views dont meet in the middle? What then?

Are you spending your time second-guessing what your customers and employees want instead?
