10 Tip Series for HR. Tip#4. Be Selective

You simply cannot do everything. But simply staring at the options or projects you need to handle, making excuses for why things are the way they are or even debating how you will complete them all is not the way to go either. You need to be selective. If you can only muster the time, passion and resources for five things, then so be it. Commit to the five things and go.   But be careful that these five things are the things you need to do, not the things that are simply the easiest to do.
