You know it – that wonderful product of 3M – a piece of notepaper with a re-adherable strip of adhesive on the back – so you can attach a note to pretty much any kind of surface.
Well, today I used a post-it note…or so I thought. It looked remarkably like a typical post-it. Except that it didnt stick. When you stripped off a notepaper, the part where the adhesive is supposed to be comes off so badly – its super thin and the adhesive is sorely lacking. The most important function of this paper does not exist. With no adhesive, you can’t really post it.
Yes, everywhere people strive to create beautiful products. But many are happy to just create knock-offs. But I have to ask, if you are not creative enough to create something new, why make a knock-off of something and get it so horribly wrong?
You will be found out. When they try to post it.
You don’t serve a purpose. People buy post-its for one reason only. So I cant foresee any good follow up sales.
Who do you think you’re fooling?
