At HR Matters Magazine, we started a survey in early September 2011 on Organisational Development. It was meant to capture views from around the world. This we certainly have achieved and the process I must say, has gotten off to an exciting start.
We put out an article on this to capture some of the sentiments from the early contributors on this piece and aim to provide ongoing feedback on this survey. All of this will be captured on the magazine website. The plan is to keep this going through 2011 and 2012. I???d welcome comments and feedback from those in the HR and talent development community on this survey.
